I highly doubt the US will ban guns. Firsy because there would be a lot of blowback. Secondly, one does not simply remove an amendment.
Well the first, fourth, fourteenth, and a few others are now defacto gone. Not sure what you are going on about.
They'll ban guns the exact same way they implemented gun control: with racial implications and fear mongering at the idiot level, and subtle winking to each other at the politician level. Then they'll slowly add on each time they 'find' a new group to demonize and target. It's 'first they came for...' in practice.
They can ban them. But that doesn't mean guns will be gone. As I said, blowback.

That's what a lot of US Americans don't seem to grasp. Maybe because they are used to live in democracy for generations (at least white males) they think of it as some kind of eternal unchangeable feature of nature.

The CCP tried to stop me from being born because I was the 2nd child in my faily and they forcibly sterilized my mother for violating one child policy.
Hukou System effectively being "internal border control" system that would deny you rights if your ancestry is rural.
I was born in Guangzhou City, same as my older brother, my parents worked in Guangzhou, but we were denied the right to be enrolled in their public schools (that's after the one child policy fine has already been paid) because we inherited our parents Taishan (rural) Hukou so parents had to pay for some shitty privately-run school which was worse than public ones. 2nd class resident BS, just like the US's system of exploiting undocumented immigrants, except PRC does this to its own citizens.
You can ackowledge multiple government's oppression simultaneously. It's not a competition of "which is more oppressive", both can be at the same time.

Yeah. Good thing they haven't been violating the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, and 10th amendments constantly without consequence.
The only reason they haven't violated the 3rd is because they manage to find administration-friendly hotels, and the 7th is actually kinda difficult for them to violate.
If they had not been violating the 25th, the others would have been fine.
I mean, the 18th amendment is basically just a footnote in modern terms, but it had to be repealed by the 21st amendment, so make of that what you will.
The US wont ban guns but it has nothing to do with what Trump wants, the moment he blurts out he wants to ban them his caretakers will send someone in that appears intelligence in Trumps perspective and they will convince him otherwise.
