For context I have a genetic hair condition that almost all the AMAB peopleband one or two of the AFAB people on my dad's side of the family have that means my hair will only ever grow a tiny bit before breaking and falling out. I currently haven't been able to start hrt yet so maybe that will make it grow out but since I've never got a diagnosis for what it actually is it seems like a coinflip as to whether hrt will help or not.

And yeah ngl, my hair is probably the thing that causes me the most dysphoria on a day to day basis so this has like alleviated some of that
