Yes exactly. Just one whole choc ripple biscuit in the patty pan. Put the mousse on top. Put it in the fridge and the fridge softens the biscuit a bit so it's not hard. When I make the normal size cake I'll do the proper biscuit base.
This sounds excellent! I don't have a food processor plus this saves cleaning one thing.
