I still haven't found a reasonably priced kit.

Advancedtactical 261 free shipping rn. Hoopergunworks on ebay 295 but if you leave it in your cart long enough they will give you 15 off.

I can buy a whole 1911 9mm for 300 which makes them unreasonable to me. Someone said they have seen sales down to 200 but I have yet to see it.

Anything around $3-400 for a build is reasonable tbh. Sure you can go buy that 1911 if you want.

There's also llama kits for sub 100 but those might need their own design

Advancedtactical

there are 1911 kits around 200 on egp. but those look to be unramped 45s.

for 9mm, ~300, for everything(complete 1911 9mm rampd kit + 2011 parts). seems to be the best deal right now.

Yeah and i can just get it to my house lol

I already have a colt kit that was 300 which is why a ria 9mm kit for the same price doesn't appeal to me. I forgot to mention the llama kits that are below 100 that I was looking at before that I will likely get

Ah i see, for someone who doesn’t have a kit though the ria kit is convenient and not bad of price. Would be cool to see more guns designed too

The colt is 45 so not relevant other than mentioning price. The llamas are 1911 which were also made in 9mm, 22lr, 380 and some others but I can't find concrete info on fitment. Some say it doesn't fit but others have swapped parts so it might just be normal 1911 cross-company issues.

Sounds like we need to get a few kits and figure it out lol

I’d love to try out a llama .380 kit if that’s actually something that out there I’m not too familiar with tha brand nor too deep into the 1911 platform

isnt a kit just a 1911 upper + lpk 2011 magcatch and magazine ?

whats reasonably priced ?

for a 9mm i suppose the best route is a ria 9mm kit + 2011 parts which puts you around 400. thats without shopping... but yeah at a min it appears a kit would be about 300-400.

i know youre thinking more along the lines of 150-200(??) if a non-ramped 45, then yeah i suppose one could put together something in that price range. egp.

respect for all your work..

I was going to make it glock mag compatible which cuts cost on mags I already have and printing mag catch.
