No it's not, he is not responsible for deciding who shall be investigated, and who goes to prison.
The responsible parties are investigators and prosecutors, that delayed prosecuting Trump for years, despite a coup attempt.

There is no evidence of Biden directing prosecutions, and not from a lack of trying. The media and the Republican led congress looked as hard as they possibly could, but the only evidence shows the exact opposite: Biden was privately pissed off at Garland for prosecuting his son and going easy on Trump. They were not working together.

Trump is using the justice department the same way Nixon did, which, at the time, was appalling even to Republicans. We don't want all of our future presidents to be Nixons.

  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
