Don't make anything capable of being more intelligent than a cat. They seem pretty content and aside from the... bird genocide... they aren't fucking the world up in an endless pursuit of greed.
So yeah, no smarter than cats and no desire for bird genocide.
Cats are only committing bird genocide because humans introduced them to countries where the birds can't fight back.
