Why do we do this to ourselves!? Nothing is ever good enough. Can't it be enough that we agree with each other? Why are we gate keeping awareness?
Yeah, I agree. Most of the country has been negatively impacted by the people in power. This does include the D politicians but especially includes the current R politicians.
We are all in the same boat.
Purity check is way more important than building the better world. Building the better world is hard, hating libs for not being your flavour of socialism is easy, satisfying, and makes you look cool to your peers (until you slip up and now you're the lib)
This is just another divisive post to stir engagement and outrage. I doubt the tweet in the screenshot is even real..
For real. And not to mention, the Kimmel thing is like, a very serious step forward in a way other things have not been. I'm not saying other bad stuff hasn't happened, for sure. But it's not unreasonable for this to be the straw that breaks the camels back for some people. I hate Kimmel, always have, but it was surprising to see the media control phase unfolding so openly and suddenly. This IS crossing a new line.
