First I head about it. Though, would Fuentes really know? Not like he actually knows who most of his groupies are.
During the "Unite the Right" protest, they were loudly "disavowing" Richard Spencer, but at the same time clambering to get his autograph or a picture taken with him. I wouldn't trust a denial from that side.
