What are you complaining about?
U18 players are 'under 18 years old', almost always at the top of the age bracket so 16 or 17. Most of those kids look way younger than that. Maybe that's the best pictures they had of them, or maybe it's some sort of media manipulation, i don't know or care really. Still tragic.
