"Hey Fascist! Catch! ⬆️➡️⬇️⬇️⬇️" is a reference to throwing a Strategem Ball from the game Helldivers 2 (in this case, it spawns the largest explosion players have easy access to) and the phrase "hey catch" is a community meme in that context.

Which is a tiny bit ironic because super earth is an over the top parody of fascists.
But also
Nah that irony is why it's included - the game is very openly anti-fascist, and the community (tho it ofc has it's own weirdos) is the same. Lots of "are we the baddies" memes (right now especially with the gloom expedition arc)
