He is a high ranking Counter intelligence "consultant" working with Arizona police (military) when he was caught trying to have date with a minor.
He was held for questioning but let go by (some say) direct call from the white house and DHS gave him permission to fly out of the country
The other 6 people caught during the same operation are all in prison waiting for trial, but not him
He is one of the chosen ones and untouchable with a jail free card.
