But according to police, driving an unlicensed motorized vehicle — even one that's made for a child — on a road meant for full-sized cars is against the law.

You gotta be f'ing kidding me. No exceptions exist for engine power or size? Are they arresting all the 5 year olds driving in the street?

No, they aren't arresting the 5 year Olds, and they explained it.

Typically when you find someone with a suspended license driving something like this barbie car, it's a way they think they can get around the law.

This guy, to his credit, took it in stride.
