Sure sure, it's theoretically possible to create a future where the cops don't behave like they always have since they were created centuries ago. Yeah maybe you could do that. I don't think you're going to get it done in a few years, but maybe in a few decades, but don't cross your fingers.
Police exist to protect capital, not us.
