Not sure how sharing the truth in the face of right wing lies is "spreading misinformation."
Would you rather right wing lies be propagated unchecked?
To an extent, sometimes dealing with their bullshit is a waste of air. Nazis don't believe anything that they say, unless if it's convenient for them to. Picking and choosing what is worth wasting air on is important.
I may be biased but uh, as a trans I'd rather this specific misinfo be countered, since it's a major step on the "identify transgenderism as a mental illness and commit them" pipeline.
No, I did not notice I was on the transgender community.
