Mix it with powdered chocolate first, a spoon of butter, and heat it until it boils.
Then, when it cools down you can eat it.

Or just dulce de leche (boil the whole thing without opening it). Probably doesn't improve the taste of the can, though.

Until it becomes dark colored.
It's a very popular candy around here. And it works better if you eat small portions... it you are able to, anyway.
