I though somebody figured out a solution with just negative energy, which does seem to exist. Wrangling dark energy alongside a Jupiter's mass of regular energy is still tricky, but theoretically possible.
Oh? I'm a physicist, and that is news to me
I was mistaken, it used only positive energy, and there have been a few papers about several kinds of solutions.
Alexey Bobrick (one of the authors of one of these papers) gives a good summary with links to the papers here: https://physics.stackexchange.com/q/635641
