I’m betting the person injured themself to get off the plane. Maybe with their teeth. ICE was making fun of it, calling him a cannibal and dumbass Noem just believed it word for word.
She doesn’t seem like someone who gets jokes, even bad ones.
I'm betting this person is entirely fictional and created to paint the innocent people they're kidnapping off the street as deranged maniacs.
She does seem like the sort of person to make up racist lies.
Noem is no dumbass, but she plays a convincing one on TV.
