Sounds like recipe for jail time for the phobes. we all know the transpobes just want to hurt "the trans" but use the "protect women" as their bs message. My take fine then "take up the mantel" put them with you a-hole. If you melt like a snow flake or lash out it just proves how pathetic you are and it wasn't about "protecting" anyone just cruelty.
Besides there are legitimate reason why women would want to use another bathroom as an option. Ever see the women vs men bathroom line? Way longer on avg. Sometimes you got to go and jail time for going is bs.
This story is literally a story about someone following your "advice". A trans man used the bathroom transphobes would legally require him to use. Phobes melted down. Hurled slurs at him, threw him to the ground, screaming, yelling etc. The trans man got arrested.
The phobes weren't "proven to be pathetic". The phobes were empowered, because they got someone they hate arrested, despite that person doing nothing wrong. The trans man, following the law though, ended up in gaol overnight, was legally barred from entering that bar again, and got a fine for disorderly behaviour.
Your advice just gets trans people hurt, and does nothing to the phobes except empower them. It's easy to offer advice from the sidelines, when to you it's all just about the purity of the idea. But your idea is worse than useless. It's actively harmful.
No my advice is use not the bathroom for the chromosomes you have. Im cause its a catch 22 and we all know it. The current law is hard bs and intended to be. Change the mens bathroom to gender neutral and there is no more catch 22.
Gender neutral bathrooms exists right now. All I want is to expand them to every building by replacing the mens room with a sign change. This way no one goes to jail. I had no idea nazis cared so much expanding gender neutral bathrooms everywhere.
TERFs exists sure. They weren't a factor in anything I considered. Cause its not their bathroom in the concept.
Just swap "trans" with "colour" and Imagine seeing this statement a few decades back when separate but equal was around in america. If fear of danger stopped them then people now would still be treated unfairly.
This way there is no legal repercussions and using existing infrastructure. If biological male transphobes got a problem with it they can learn to shut up like racists white folk did decades ago.
As if people dont get arrested for hate crimes.
