They look like a whole gang of undercover Cops
Like a pack of lieutenants that were told to dress casual so nobody sees a bunch of military uniforms on a flight to a secret location. Calm down guys. Nobody is confused about the 6 flat tops in pastel polos and these shorts flying to Arizona.
That was the original context of the post, plain clothes cops at a festival looking for drugs or whatever
