Literally. Anyone who ever associated with Epstein will "be in the files" but what we're hoping to see from the public release is actual evidence of who was involved in his sex trafficking and child abuse "operations."
Saying "Trump is in the files" is obvious because we know they were associates. Musk is leaving an "out" by not saying specifics, but he knows it will have an impact with his own following who for the longest time were also Trump stans who lived in cognitive dissonance and covered their eyes when they saw the clips of Trump and Epstein hanging together. He gave his fans permission to feel shock and horror against Trump without actually revealing anything.
This is theatrics for a group of people who only know how to live in storylines. IE: people who think WWE is real.
