this is one of those things i suspect is true anyway but this is less than convincing.
to save everyone a click, the relevant line in the article (and it feels generous to call this an article) reads:
the fact that he's so specific is very suggestive but this is not a smoking gun. he's unstable and on tons of drugs and really pissed off, nothing he says necessarily means anything.
the rest of the "article" is just various other elon tweets and bits of context.
also "going nuclear" is just typical bombastic headline language for "throwing a public hissy fit", i wouldn't put any particular stock in their word choice. you're going waaay out on a limb here.
again, i'm in the "the election was sus and fucky" camp too. if he shows receipts i'm all ears.
