Ugh, I don’t want to be forced to build a laptop to avoid all this battery blasting garbage.
If you boot aarch64 linux instead, you’ll actually get amazing battery life on these. And probably better app support than Windows ARM
The only problem there is that you then have Linux running which is one of the most actively user-hostile things you can run.
And this is in a world where every major software vendor is turning their software against you. It's still less hostile a user experience than Linux.
Is the AI hardware all ARM or something?
Yeah, almost all of these Copilot+ laptops are Snapdragon-based
