MODERATORS
These old school antihistamines, Benadryl, Phenergan, are so short term safe but I avoid them as much as possible now because they increase your risk for dementia so much when used regularly. Apparently by 50%!
So good when you really need to sleep and can't, so effective and cheap.
Sure, it would make me sleepy but my skin would feel weirdly sensitive every time. I couldn’t get comfortable at all, and would feel like I didn’t get any sleep the next morning.
