It's always wild to me how liberals seem to be okay with flagrant due process violations as long as it's in a blue city like New York or Chicago or LA, but once it's the orange man they start clutching their pearls over racial profiling. The reason ICE thinks they can get away with it is because they always have, and they'll probably ignore this ruling or get it overturned.
Nobody with an once of conscience or understanding of US law is OK with this. You are grossly uninformed and bigoted to boot, so maybe you should educate yourself before you say such pathetically dumb things like this next time.

You can talk about what people in law like to believe. I will continue to talk about what people on the ground actually experience. This shit is common as fuck and near universally allowed in the U.S.
A terry stop is not the same thing and you're only further proving how foolish and gullible you are by saying such hilarity. I also said nobody is OK with extreme things, not that extreme things never happen.
This is a perfect example of what too much Fox News does to cognitive functioning.
