Oof, I passed out last time I was donating blood. They hadn't covered where the needle was sticking in my arm, and when I looked over at it, I felt lightheaded and passed out in the chair. Overall not a terrible time but I didn't donate enough blood for it to count
Hopefully you got the health benefits of blood recycling.
