Christian accelerationists I'm assuming are those that want to force the apocalypse so they can force Jesus to show up?
Their all-knowing, almighty Lord is too dumb to know they rigged the event?

They don't see it that way, they think as long as the laundry list is finished, then the prophecy is fulfilled. You know what's worse then them wanting Isreal to be a war with everyone, part of the list is environmental collapse, very limited drinkable water, and unmitigated plagues.

I was raised in the mornon flavor, but I've read it stems from other prophetic writing from other American new age Christian movements, a lot of it is reading Isaiah devoid of all context and usually verse by verse without much care for the intended reading.
