It's already happened. Seriously, think about the last major innovation that came from a U.S. tech company. They've all gone to enshittification to try and extract as much value as they can from their consumers, because none of them are making good products. Now, with products like DeepSink coming out that clearly are focused on iterating and pushing tech forward, we're starting to see the effects of American tech stagnation.
