The 90's may not have been a culinary golden age, but man I wish that was the biggest problem we were facing today.
There were more problems in the 90s, we just lacked the hyper-awareness that we have today
The biggest difference between the 90s and now is that in the 90s we had the feeling that things were being better and that it would continue in this direction.
We might have less problems now but unlike the 90s now it's really hard to look forward and think things will get better.
you know, i forgot theres so much more thai food now
