I am sure this will do wonders for morale, and traffic. I used to live in md and work in NOVA. Traffic was so nice when there was a federal holiday.
Meh, fed staff get enough benefits already. I personally think they should have to go into the office.
So instead of going "I should also get these benefits as well, I should fight for them" you go "no it's the other workers who are wrong to have more benefits".

Yes, because federal employees get perks, let us make the rest of NOVA/MD/DC suffer.
