He's already denying it and sugar coating it, as if it was just an awkward gesture, and so are others.
He is intelligent enough and knew exactly what he was doing.
This shit needs to be hammered home and spit in the face of anyone who apologizes for him.
It was a nazi salute, he knew it and did it on purpose.
