but the meme is about the aftermath. it doesn't even contain tiktok. some americans moving to red note instead of the other american services depicted in the meme is their consumer choice and not some politicians

because of leagal issues. tiktok violated a law about restrictions to US customer data and failed/redused to correct the issue
