I'm like, pretty sure she's just parodying of how people treated Aloy. There were a lot of posts like this pointing out facial hair and such.
They've moved onto Ciri now for Witcher 4. Mad that the character doesn't look like a teenager now that she's aged into her 30s.
I don't know who Selma is, but that's my takeaway as well.
