MODERATORS
While I'm not adequate to helicopter, I've never been with a girl ("[mine]" or otherwise) who wasn't fascinated by the mechanisms of the organ. They've definitely all been curious about "the twitch" even though every woman I know does kegels.
I'm not qualified to comment on whether this applies to those who aren't otherwise interested.
