You do you, but from experience it might be tiring to keep a community active as a single person. There have been several examples of people in the past setting up a community, trying to keep it alive for a few weeks, and then giving up because they never got traction. I want the community to be discussion-oriented. For example, the accessibility of a public transport, the obstacles of building one, the ticket price, the effect it has on the city, integrations between modes, etc.

Then there's probably an overlap with the "fuck cars" community

You might want to promote your community there, but be ready for them to invite you to join their communities rather than them joining yours.
