Depends. Maryland is home for a ton of federal workers. Lots of money on the table which trickles down to other businesses
That's all indirect, so they won't make the connection.
They’ll use any excuse they can to cut federal funding to blue states, to force them to adhere to new rules and regulations. Not sure how insulated they really are.
Don't worry, if that happens, they'll just blame the evil Democrats in the state for doing it to them. Perfect blame distribution.
