Where do I find a list of blocked instances? (self.main)

There was a post 12 days ago about preemptively defederating from Threads with this response from mod/admin @ada@lemmy.blahaj.zone

Someone said Threads was still on the Linked Instances column, not the Blocked Instances column. [Edited to delete mischaracterization of a statement]

Where can I find this list of Linked vs. Blocked?

I have ~~[this]~~ but I don't see Threads on there. [Edited to delete bad information]

If Threads is defederated, does that mean Meta/Facebook are as well?
