Has anyone figured out how to update icloud email that is linked with the apple account? (lemmy.ca)

I heard from a few forums that updating your email is not possible however is it possible to do it if it includes your deadname?

I gotta make sure our trans siblings got all the knowledge at their fingertips to smoothen out the journey.
