I’m not American, but yes I would have held my nose and voted for Harris just as most people on the left I know did.

If Harris had spent time giving people some actual reasons to get excited to vote for her she would have had a surge, which is what I had been saying the entire time.

I was also in the camp of people saying they needed to drop Biden while all you people were yelling at me that he needed to stay in. No shit the Dems had a surge in support when Harris stepped in. And you were all surprised. Then I was saying she needed to take a principled stance on Palestine and stand up to Israel. She would have got the next surge they needed but I kept getting shouted down by liberals. Imagine if they had spent some of that energy pushing Harris to actually do something that would inspire people.

“I’m speaking!” Get fucked.

You can’t count on people showing up in numbers when all you’re doing is giving them reasons to begrudgingly show up and vote for you because the alternative is worse. You need to actually give them a reason to get excited.

The DNC and liberals are just bad strategists and amoral people. They fucked up and doomed us all. And the first thing they want to do is try to pin the blame on Palestinians for not being genocided quietly enough and other oppressed minorities for not voting hard enough.

Minority groups are never going to be large enough to swing the vote anyway.

There was nothing for the working class. Just pandering to Republicans who were never going to vote for her.
