Very cool to see the changes from peak growing season to now.
Bok choy (and the million similar varieties) have always appeared more heat sensitive in my grows than what I feel like they should be. I know that's kind of their thing but still, they seem moody more than other greens with similar reputations.
The sweet leaves in cooler temps has been my experience too. Indoors I like to keep them below 75F (24 Canuk Units) so they keep some of the sweetness without having to do anything silly for them.
Anyways.... Everything you guys are doing always sounds like so much fun even when it's chores. It's inspiring!

I appreciate the bok choy experience you shared. I may try doing leafy greens indoors because they get riddled with insects outside.
I think the fact that I don't depend on the garden for food helps to keep it fun. Things might be "chores" but it feels like a privilege to do.
