Ignoring the users' aggressiveness against Lemmy, is what they say true?if so, I hope this can be patched.

Reddit doesn’t support image embeds in their markdown, Twitter doesn’t support markdown at all

That's possible. I exclusively used 3rd party apps, but I've read about it somewhere.

Old.reddit didn't, and if you, like me, stayed on old.reddit, you won't have run into inline images.
