Created as an evolution of White People Twitter and other tweet-capture subreddits.
RULES:
- Your post must be a screen capture of a microblog-type post that includes the UI of the site it came from, preferably also including the avatar and username of the original poster. Including relevant comments made to the original post is encouraged.
- Your post, included comments, or your title/comment should include some kind of commentary or remark on the subject of the screen capture. Your title must include at least one word relevant to your post.
- You are encouraged to provide a link back to the source of your screen capture in the body of your post.
- Current politics and news are allowed, but discouraged. There MUST be some kind of human commentary/reaction included (either by the original poster or you). Just news articles or headlines will be deleted.
- Doctored posts/images and AI are allowed, but discouraged. You MUST indicate this in your post (even if you didn't originally know). If an image is found to be fabricated or edited in any way and it is not properly labeled, it will be deleted.
- Absolutely no NSFL content.
- Be nice. Don't take anything personally. Take political debates to the appropriate communities. Take personal disagreements & arguments to private messages.
- No advertising, brand promotion, or guerrilla marketing.

I provide service of housing in the capital city near best jobs and nightlife to 10 people. Not many want to bother even but thanks to me people have opportunity to better their lives.
I could just sell it all and buy some lazy stocks or the like and not even bother. It’s actually a bit of work to keep it all operational and provide these accommodations
How are you "Providing a service" the house is there regardless of you, you do not do anything more than Incidental labor to the shelter (if you do that) and administrative labor that is reductive given it only exists due to your involvement.
what you are actualy doing is preventing the housing from being avalible to those who need it, your tennents, are the ones who need housing and it should be owned by them. Landlording is paricitic in its nature.
Now I am not saying you are a bad person, you are just playing the game. However we need to understand that this game is an immoral game.
No, you're a leach that seeks to endlessly profit off of once-created Value. You aren't bettering anyone's lives, you extort them based on their need of shelter. The minor maintenance you do does not entitle you to the vast rent you extract.
