We gotta pump up those tofu numbers!
I swear tofu has the worst marketing of all time. It is as close to a magic food as possible and a lot of people are totally convinced to never even try it because of literally ridiculous reasons.
Tofu: Entire class of foods that have provided rich nutrition, texture, and flavour for everyone from poor rural farmers to emperors. Used for millenia.
Tofu's perception outside of asia: bland jelly that makes you weak.

The "tofu isn't masculine and is for the weak" thing is deeply funny, even aside from all the pro-masculine stuff in there. All my muscles are from tofu-gains, and there are vegan bodybuilders who bulked up on tofu.
