I don't think the law stops them. They are one of the "good guys" who thinks they are above the law.
I think it's trying to say the dems abandoned Israel and funds Iran, like you might do for shorthand notes you scribble down in a hurry, but is very terribly done. Like everything else on this vehicle...
The Dems who keep sending tens of billions of dollars worth of weapons to Israel, most of which are for genociding everyday Palestinian folk but some of which are used against Iran and its allies? Those Dems, supporting Iran? Yeah, that makes no sense so it probably is what this person is saying.
You're talking as if this person cares about Palestine. Or facts. This is very close to an infowarrior ride, and Infowars has a consistent position of most wars being controlled on both sides by "The Globalists". Lots of other crazy conspiracists view some central controlling group being puppet masters controlling conflict and the like just to keep people in control etc.
