Yeah this nicely summarises the level of understanding of American internet teenagers about the Middle East.
I would hope at least this much, but ideally more. It probably depends on the American teenager though.

I'm saying the mischaracterization of the meme as juvenile is incorrect as the meme contains the minimum information everyone should know.
