Gaza city is a city within the Gaza strip. Israel told them to evacuate south of wadi Gaza. It’s obviously impractical for all those people to evacuate in reasonable time but they do have where to go.
You know you can read about it yourself instead of asking strangely suggestive questions

I’ve also seen the image with the dog. It was on posted originally 4chan. And the dog was obviously fake there. Is it really so hard for you to believe that when burning down homes with families hiding in them, babies will also get burned to death?
