On February 19, Algerian President Abdelhamid Tebboune, in a speech read on his behalf by Prime Minister Ayman Ben Abdelrahman, during the 36th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the African Union, announced an injection of $1 billion for the benefit of the Algerian Agency for International Cooperation for Solidarity and Development, to finance development projects in African countries.

On July 1, 2025, in Seville, Algerian Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui reaffirmed Algeria’s pledge to allocate $1 billion to support development projects across Africa through its International Cooperation Agency.

The commitment echoes an earlier pledge made in 2023 by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune at an African Union summit.

The Tunisian Finance Ministry reported that the value of the loan granted by Algeria to Tunisia amounts to $200 million, to be repaid over 15 years, including a five-year grace period, and with a fixed annual interest rate of 1 percent.

In response to Boussola regarding the grant, the ministry stated that "the grant granted by Algeria to Tunisia amounts to $100 million."

During President Józef Aoun’s visit to Algeria on July 29, 2025, discussions included a pledge by Algeria to contribute $200 million as an initial support package toward rebuilding Lebanon’s war‑damaged infrastructure. Meanwhile, Algerians are suffering from a lack of infrastructure.

This problem could be easily addressed by educating them how privacy works and how it is good to practice OpSec. It is as important as telling your kid to use protection before doing something stupid.

It’s just more convenient and less stressful to know that your loved ones are in safe areas and also in case something happens and they cannot get in contact you can tell where they are or at least where they’ve been.
