True enough i suppose. Though the direct approach is more likely to convince some.

Not even knowledge, attentiveness. It's so easy to overlook issues with AI written code vs writing it yourself and having to come up with the process. Just today i had this happen, cost me a day of extra work because i missed something in chatgpt's great looking code.

Yeah no, generally you just copypaste the software website's instructions. Many programs can be installed through the app store (or equivalent install commands) but a lot of aoftware you just gotta copypaste the code. Many also just provide an inataller.
The meme about linux software being much easier to install is true in some cases, but mostly bullshit. even if its just sudo apt install vlc you generally still want to check the website to make sure its the best way, or you end ip with an out of date version.

Updating software on linux is better pretty much automatic without annoying popups most of the time though.

I would agree with that, but the meme is essentially implying that white people's opinions don't matter.
This is the exact type of stuff that fuels more racism on the right.
How do you expect to fix inequality by treating people unequally.

This is indeed pulled out of the ass. The origin of the word 'yeet' is meme from vine. It did get added to several big boy dictionaries. There is speculation that the word was used regionally in the 2000s.

Now a bunch of people think it has some latin origin because it sounds convincing while a quick google search (or AI because, 2023) debunks the claim.

It is a fun word though, i enjoy using it. :3

Yes, i would also recommend C# as a starting point. It's kind of a jack of all trades, master of some. But more importantly, it forces you to understand certain programming concepts you may not learn if you start with a language like Python or Javascript. Not knowing these concepts will cause problems as you get deeper into it.

And if you use Visual Studio 2022 on windows (not visual studio code), it will take away some of the initial pain points of setting up your environment and gets you straight to an executable program.

I couldn't recommend it more as a first language.

They sure as hell are doing a good job of making me reliant on AI though. Soon I'll probably be payinf 200$ a month because i cant remember how to do things without AI. I think thats the plan anyway.

Yeah its too vague, but when it comes to consumable products, they're generally made so you want more of it than is good for you. Hence the discomfort with not consuming the thing

I cannot drag my tabs out properly. Its been the dealbreaker for many years for me, they dont fix it, but i just deal with it now because google is too evik.

I used to think that too. Then i got some wireless ones. I spent way more money getting replacement wired headphones and adapters than replacing my wireless ones. Only thing is, you gotta charge em.
