Got banned for harassment not pronouns. Simple as. Piss off.
ALL PRAISE THE CORB
It’s so bizarre to see this discussion play out on the basis of “health”
Because there is a legitimate discussion to be had about the economics of how milk pasteurization requirements have affected local dairy farms. How the unsanitary conditions of industrial scale milk production have made it a necessity. How marketing and corporate interests have shifted consumption patterns.
And yet these fucking dipshits have turned this in to “pasteurized milk personally harms you!” In grifter circles.
How screwed are we that we can’t talk about the complexities of how corporate farming practices have effected our food supplies with out couching it in terms of “health food”.
I cannot express how much I hate the term “health food”. There is no such fucking thing as a “health food”.
It makes me want to rip my hair out when these topics come up.
It’s repeating the same cycle, for profit social media will inevitably reach the same fate.
I don’t think safari is even remotely comparable given that it’s a default browser on macs.
Especially because that’s just the sandwich, not a side and a drink. A combo meal is like 10.15$
I’m sorry but the quality of the food does not justify 10 dollars.
For comparison, I remember in Berlin not even 5 years ago I got a currywurst with fries and a drink for 3.60 € (about 3.90$), and in London I got an absolute mound of fish and chips with peas for like 6.50 £ (about 8$). Both of these I got as much or way more food than a Big Mac combo and they were much better quality.
They’re still quite common in the EU
If moderates really don’t want trump to win so bad, maybe they should make some real commitments to policy changes that the left want, not just half baked, watered down “market based” solutions that get shredded to a skeleton in committee.
Moderates can scream their lungs out all they want, but talk is cheap, and if they want the left on side they should earn that and not act so entitled to their support. Trump is bad, he shouldn’t win, but why is it on the left to keep him from winning? Why is it never the moderates fault for failing to hold up their end of the coalition?
The term environmentalist has so much stupid baggage tied to it.
I’m tired of having to share labels with people who refuse to do anything other than small superficial personal choices. Folks who will baulk at the suggestion of a carbon tax, their energy bills going up, more nuclear plants being built near them or, subsidies and infrastructure for low income people who are seriously hurt by such changes.
This is a systemic problem that requires systemic changes that will fundamentally alter things we take for granted right now. It’s going to suck and it’s going to be hard, there is no easy simple way out.
The US didn’t have a base in Israel till 2017, it’s never really been a significant base of operation for US forces. Us forces have more presence in basically every country in the region with the exception of Yemen, Egypt and Iran. Hell, there’s even a base Syria.
What the Utah doin? I’m sorry but there is nothing great about the salt lake.
It’s absurd because Biden wasn’t doing anything, like he was upholding the status quo, with limited efforts to patch up some issues.
Trump is straight up trying to gut the federal government and sell it for parts as well as legitimately trying to take away people’s rights, if not straight up make their existence a crime.
He’s also trying to do this with a pretty weak mandate. Most people who did want him wanted him for a specific policy and ignored the rest.
So he’s creating a huge amount of backlash while only appeasing a small group with each action.
