iirc 4 of the ~9 endings (depends on how you count them since there are a few variations of each) involve space travel - including the 2 worst ones.

also you should try for some more endings, the "best" ending doesn't go to space.

edit: no wait, there's way more than 9 if i count the romance choices... ummm okay 2 of the main four-ish endings???

Wait that wasn't part of the game? I thought it was just a weird quirk.

Which ending(s) have you done?

Well now you make me want to switch, but I still have a perfectly good iphone and replacing it just seems wasteful. sigh, maybe in a few years.

definitely engineee. every new tech that comes out all i can think is "great, how will they weaponize this against us this time"

definitely the engineer side. every time a new technology comes out i go "ugh, how are they going to weaponize this against us this time".

does anyone actually use facebook anymore beyond 50 year old antivaxxers and flat earthers?

[-] lezgineer@dataterm.digital 3 points 2 years ago

depends if its internal data or user data. internal data i'm 100% in favor of being leaked.

How is graphene day to day? Is it basically just android sans google or are there major compromises?

Cyberpunk was very much a product of the 1980s. The societal fears in the US revolved around rising crime rates, unchecked capitalism, Japan’s rise in influence, etc.

I mean, replace Japan with China/Russia and this very much applies to the 2020s.

Nothing in my brain. Anything else is fair game, but I'd prefer to remain mostly human-looking. A "sleeper build", so to speak. I'd probably focus on improving sensory acuity and strength/resiliency.
