Ça me parait mieux que le simple iel, qui ressemble plus à un ajout de dernière minute. Là on introduit des sonorités très proches de la langue française, comme si ces formes en avaient toujours fait partie (à part x/z, ça sonne vraiment bizarre).
Mais je suis d'accord avec toi que ça va rencontrer énormément de récalcitrant. Je doute que ça sera adopté perso.
Dommage, je me suis habitué à They/them en englais, ça aide tellement à la description d'un individu dont le genre n'est pas pertinent sur le moment, je m'en passe plus.

Do you have a virtual machine, or a filesystem that you could mess with?
A good project idea would be to manipulate files on your system. Sort them, duplicate them, add programmatically one line to their content. The possibilities are plenty and you can see the result of your code.
Besides that, look for tutorial repositories on Github (or codeberg.org).
Last but not least, VSCode is my personal favorite, but you could check out PyCharm for beginning, as it has more features out of the box.

Our DNA has greed, power tripping, paranoia etc. hard coded somewhere. The correct combinations might stop all wars.
